Green Walk by Sightjogging
Notre capitale Bruxelles est une des villes les plus vertes d’Europe, c’est notamment une des raisons pour lesquels l’ASBL Sightjogging a décidée de la faire découvrir. Une des manières de la découvrir est de parcourir la « promenade verte » de la capitale, c’est-à-dire un chemin balisé créé par Bruxelles Environnement.
Et pourquoi ne pas le parcourir en faisant son jogging accompagné d’un guide ?
C’est ainsi que le 4 mars 2012, une première portion de cette promenade de 40 kilomètressera effectuée en Sightjogging avec la collaboration du magasin Urban Tri Sport, il s’agit du « Green Walk by Sightjogging ».
Vous vous demander peut-être ce que c’est un Sightjogging ? Il s’agit en fait d’un sightseeing ou encore une visite touristique qui se pratique en jogging dans une ville.
Dans ce cas, il s’agit d’une promenade sportive de 6-7 kilomètres qui partira d’Auderghem pour se finir à Woluwe-Saint-Pierre et qui sera ponctuée de pauses explicatives données par un guide local.

La première édition aura lieu à 11h le dimanche 4 mars 2012 sur les territoires d’Auderghem, Woluwe Saint-Pierre et Woluwe Saint-Lambert.
Départ et confirmation de l’inscription :
- Gymnasium : 214-216 Boulevard des Invalides, 1160 Bruxelles
- Proximité Station STIB : Delta
- Metro : ligne 5
- Bus : ligne 71 et 72
- Parcours-aller en sightjogging de 6 à 7 km avec des pauses explicatives sur les différents lieux rencontrés.
- Possibilité de retour au point de départ en course libre ou en transport en commun (ticket de retour STIB inclus dans l’inscription).

- Prix : 15€ (inclus : promenade / 1 ticket STIB / 1 pack souvenir)

Our capital, Brussels, is one of the most green cities in Europe. This is in particular one of the reasons why Sightjogging ASBL decided to let the public discover it. One way to get to know it is to go through the “Green Walk” of the capital, a marked out path created by Bruxelles Environnement.
How about going through it while jogging accompanied by a guide?
On the 4th of March 2012, a first portion of the 40 kilometers green walk will be covered by Sightjogging with the collaboration of the sports shop Urban Tri Sport: this will be the « Green Walk by Sightjogging ».
Maybe you are wondering what is a Sighjogging? It is a sightseeing tour made while jogging in a city.
In this particular case, it is a sports walk of 6 to 7 kilometers length which will start in Auderghem and finish in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and that will be punctuacted by explanation breaks given by a local guide.

The first edition will take place at 11am on Sunday the 4th of March 2012 in the following districts: Auderghem, Woluwe Saint-Pierre and Woluwe Saint-Lambert.
Start and confirmation of registration: Gymnasium : 214-216 Boulevard des Invalides, 1160 Brussels

Outward journey in sightjogging of 6 to 7 km with explanation breaks on the different encountered locations. Possibility of return journey to start point by free jogging or with the public transportation (return STIB ticket included in registration).

- Price : 15€ (included : walk / 1 STIB ticket / 1 souvenir pack)
- Total number of participants is limited
- Registration is mandatory by sending an e-mail to info@brusselssightjogging.com (before the 1st of March)
- Be present half an hour before the start in order to permit the confirmation of the route
